Our partners receive the following:

  • Dedicated Account Manager-They will receive a dedicated account manager for the life of their account, from set up to support along the way, they continue to work with the same person who set their business up. That way, when your customer calls in for support, there is no explaining who they are or how they are set up, they immediately will receive the support they deserve. We look to form a long last relationship with your customer so they are comfortable and confident with both their rate and support they receive.

  • Free Rate Review & Quote to Ensure Low Rates – when you bring us a new customer, we will always offer them a free rate review or quote to ensure they are never paying more with Preferred Payments. The rate review will allow them to see a side by side comparison with their current processor vs their rate with Preferred Payments and their dollar amount in savings for the month and the year. If they are new to accepting payments, we will send them our quote with competitive and transparent interchange plus rate.

  • Rate lock for the life of their account – the rates we originally give to your customer stick with them for the life of their account. We separate ourselves from our competitors by never raising their rates, locking them into a contract or giving them a cancellation fee. If you’ve taken the time to send us a customer, we want to ensure they receive fair, transparent and competitive pricing for the life of their account.

  • Choice of EMV Equipment – your customer will have the option of their choice of EMV equipment, we currently offer the following three Ingenico devices. All devices are EMV capable, NFC/contactless, and capable of pin debit. We do not lease our equipment because from our perspective that customer will be with your software for many years, the last thing we want is to overcharge them on equipment that was required to use. Each of your clients receive our wholesale cost, for a one time purchase price.
